Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice (boiled and cooled)
1 cup grated Coconut
1 Tsp Gram dal (chana dal or lentil)
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
2-3 green chilies (chopped)
1 Tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
In a pan pour oil add gram dal and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds sputter and the grated coconut, green chilies and salt. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice and leave covered on a low flame for 5 more minutes.
Serve.
